North End Neighbourhood Association Location.  There is no physical location for this service.  Open to City of Hamilton residents living in Ward 2.  The geographical boundary is Wellington Ave N to Bay St N and CN tracks south of Strachan St E to Hamilton Harbour shoreline.  Preserves, protects and enhances the community environment and quality of life for residents.  Provides a forum and a structure to organize, communicate, lobby and pursue the needs of members of the association.
