Application Instructions
Register online using a computer. Once the registration request has been submitted, the local French-language Catholic elementary school will be in contact registration on site. The following documents must be presented during registration:
- birth certificate
- baptism certificate (if not available, please contact the school for details of the procedure)
- immigration form (IMM) and passport of the student, if applicable
- copy of the immunization form (yellow card)
- proof of residence
- last school report received (if the student comes from another school)
- name of parents or guardians
- residential address and full contact details
