- Go With The Flow Chair Yoga - a seated yoga class to teach movement based mindfulness, relaxation and wellness for pain management
- Back To It - gentle yoga class with movements designed to ease back pain, also provides education on pain management
- Freedom to Be (Mindfulness) - teaches how to deal with stress, chronic physical or emotional pain, and worries with mental health techniques
- Mind Over Body (Chronic Pain) - teaches self-management techniques for pain management and mindful movement
Programs are led by occupational and physical therapists.
Open to all individuals with chronic physical or emotional pain.
