Location of Essential Aid and Family Services in Downtown Hamilton.
Provides a list of family physicians throughout Hamilton who may be able to accept a new patient.
A crisis response program serving the needs of individuals in the community who are experiencing a crisis and need support but do not require a hospital stay, or are transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization back to the community.
Offers a variety of health and fitness programs for individuals and families. Serve all segments of the community, including those with limited financial means. Facility includes:
- child care centre
- gymnasium
- swimming pool
- multi-purpose rooms
- cafeteria
