Programs that pay all or a portion of the costs associated with acquiring assistive technology products and/or obtaining support services such as customization, fit/modification services or repairs.

 

Services
War Amputee Program

Offers comprehensive services to war amputees and seriously disabled veterans. Provides assistance with accessing health benefits and services, educational awareness, advocating for amputees, and effecting legislative change.

Adult Amputee Program

Offers comprehensive services to adult amputees and their families, including financial assistance, information on life as an amputee, and advocacy.

Child Amputee Program

Offers comprehensive services to child amputees and their families, including financial assistance, regional seminars, advocacy, and peer support. Children missing multiple limps may also qualify for enrolment in JUMPSTART. 

Easter Seals Equipment and Incontinence Supplies Funding Programs

Easter Seals Ontario provides financial assistance to help with the cost of equipment and incontinence supplies (diapers) required by children and youth with physical disabilities. Children and youth must be registered with Easter Seals Ontario to apply for these programs.
