Offers 60 apartments (mostly one-bedroom with some bachelor and two-bedroom units). Tenants may include people living with mental or physical health issues, victims of domestic violence, the frail elderly and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Support staff are located in the building to offer assistance with problem-solving, assist in managing health issues, provide information and referrals to community services, and coordinate social/recreational programming.

Offers patients palliative care services, and a social work department which works with hospital patients and their families in adjusting to illness, personal, social, and family problems, finances, and discharge planning.
Art from the Heart is designed to help people who struggle with difficult emotions, or are chronically ill, isolated and/or who may have had traumatic experiences as a refugee, immigrant or marginalized person. Using various forms of art and creative expression the program works with individuals and groups to improve their overall mental health and well being in a supportive and sensitive environment.
