A health and lifestyle program aimed at preventing chronic disease and enhancing the quality of life for those living with a mental illness diagnosis. Offers programs in exercise, cooking, nutrition, smoking management, and weight management.

Provides emergency access to 7 days worth of food and hygiene supplies in a community-based setting, while providing as much choice as possible, including culturally appropriate food.
