Human Resources Personnel

Individuals who are responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring, placement, training, promotion, compensation and separation of employees for their organizations. They may also have responsibilities in the areas of affirmative action, employee relations, benefits administration, job analysis, employee assistance plan development and implementation and human resources development.
