Emergency crisis line and response team to assist individuals who have serious mental health issues and who are in crisis. COAST answers crisis telephone calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All phone calls are answered or returned within 15 minutes.

Medical care centre focused on family and community health. Provides comprehensive and accessible maternity care using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.  Women attend the clinic for prenatal visits and attend St Joseph’s Hospital for delivery by Maternity Centre doctors on call. Also offers support and care in the first six weeks after your baby is born. One of three clinics within the McMaster Family Health Team. 

Wayside House of Hamilton Location. A long-term residential addiction treatment facility for males and transitional male youth with a 20 bed capacity. Part of the Shelter Health Network. 

The Putman Family YWCA also offers spaces designed for community gathering, as well as a Centre of Innovation, community garden, flexible space for seniors and youth, recreational, health and wellness programming, and women and community led programming and workshops.   

Van Hamilton Mobile Site.  A free and confidential service that travels anywhere in Hamilton and is available at a requested meeting spot.  A mobile van will deliver new needles and harm reduction supplies, and receive for safe disposal any used harm reduction supplies upon request. 

Operates in partnership with the AIDS Network, City of Hamilton Public Health Services and Wesley Urban Ministries.
