An intensive, evidence-based prenatal and infancy home visitation program for young, first time parents. This voluntary, free service is provided by public health nurses, beginning early in pregnancy (before 28 weeks gestation), and continuing until the child's second birthday. Goals include improving pregnancy outcomes, improving child health and development, and improving parents' self-sufficiency.

Provides temporary emergency accommodation for families experiencing homelessness in the form of private, accessible self-contained units.
Services include:
Provides intensive case coordination with an in-depth personalized, flexible, and creative approach for seniors at risk and seniors with responsive behaviours relating to dementia.
Offers family mediation which is a form of dispute resolution where a neutral third party, called a mediator, assists the disputing parties to reach an informed and voluntary agreement on issues such as how to separate, parenting plans, and child and spousal support.
Services are available on-site at Family Court for parties on the day of their first appearance, case, settlement, trial management conference, or motion.
