An independent agency, funded by the Government of Ontario, to provide legal services to individuals who have experienced discrimination. The Centre will provide legal assistance to individuals in making an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario to resolve a human rights dispute. 

Holds all family law cases, including cases involving:

  • divorce
  • child and spousal support
  • custody of and access to children
  • division of family property and possession of family homes
  • trust claims and claims for unjust enrichment
  • adoption and child protection

EarlyON Child and Family Centres provide opportunities for children from birth to 6 years of age to participate in play and inquiry-based programs, and support parents and caregivers in their roles.
