Outpatient clinic located within the Boris Clinic at McMaster University Medical Centre. Provides care for patients at risk of diabetes or who have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. This includes assessment, diagnosis, education, follow-up care, coaching, facilitation of physical activity, psychological assessment and therapy, and the preparation and distribution of education materials.
