Holistic, Education and Rehabilitation Drop In (HER Drop In)

Due to the COVID-19 virus all in-person services are temporarily suspended and have been replaced by remote services. Staff are available via phone, email, zoom, and skype.

Provides access to housing and community support, free clothing, and onsite support for community reintegration. Connect with community and reduce isolation.

Women are able to attend weekly open group sessions and obtain certificates for program topics that include: self-esteem, anger management, healthy relationships, communication, stress management, assertiveness, feelings, boundaries, self-care, goal setting and safety planning.

Bus tickets available, toiletries and non- perishable food items available.

Coffee and snacks are provided.
