The KIT: Keeping It Together guide for parents of children with disabilities

An organizational tool for parents caring for children with disabilities that provides a way to organize information and assists during interactions with different service systems (health, education, recreation, etc.) A user's guide helps through the initial process of how to use the KIT. Developed by CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research, and the Hamilton Family Network.

There is a Youth KIT developed for youth to give, get, and organize their own information as they transition to adulthood. It is available for free by download and the website provides videos that introduce its use.
