Free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association. It is designed to help adults and youth age 15 and older manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Program is delivered over the phone and through online videos.

Provides help for individuals experiencing low mood, depression, and anxiety.

The program offers two forms of help:

Today online videos

Clients can learn practical tips on managing mood, sleeping better, building confidence, increasing activity, problem solving, and healthy living.

Videos can be accessed on the website at any time at by entering one's email address and access code: bbtodayon

The videos are available in English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Arabic, and Farsi.

Telephone coaching and workbooks

The program involves three to six telephone coaching sessions, which one can do from the comfort of their home.

The coach is there to help one develop new skills, keep them motivated, and monitor how they’re doing.

The client and coach will select from among 20 workbook topics that are best suited to the client's current needs.

Telephone coaching and workbooks are available in multiple languages.
