Offers residential program in apartment-style units with early intervention for youth aged 16-21 years, experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness, who are working or are in school with the goal of living independently.

Services include:

Graduated Independence Program

Hands-on learning with cooking, cleaning, and budgeting

Helping youth achieve personal success through stable housing

In-Stage: private bedroom, shared kitchen, living room, washrooms. This stage is available for up to one year. Mentoring and life skills programs also available.

Up-Stage: Bachelor apartment units. This stage is available for up to one year. Housing referral and support is available upon leaving.

Age 16 years to 21 years; Must be willing to attend school or work, must have a source of income or be eligible for OW or ODSP, and be willing to participate in the program.

Program - Youth are required to pay a monthly subsidized program expense to live at WYH
