Eligibility
Ontario residents are eligible if they:
- have valid Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP)
- do not have private insurance coverage for 100% of their prescription drug costs
- have valid Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP)
- are not eligible for drug coverage as another category of the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB)
- spend about 4% or more of their after-tax household income on prescription-drug costs
