Mandatory Information Programs (MIPs)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mandatory Information Programs (MIPs) are suspended until regular court operations resume. Please contact an AXIS IRC at the court you were scheduled to attend your MIP, and they will provide you information on rescheduling.

Designed to ensure that parties starting a court application or bringing a motion to change are provided with upfront information to help the parties make informed decisions about the next steps in the parties’ family law case. Programs are managed by local family mediation and information service providers. In Hamilton the provider is AXIS Family Mediation Inc.
