Hamilton Community Foundation

Administers grants to community organizations through open-call process and through an alternative process for those requests that do not meet the open-call criteria. Offers community loans to charities, non profits, and social enterprises. Provides educational bursaries to post-secondary students.

Chaney-Ensign Bursary Fund - bursaries for students attending an approved college or university who have graduated from a publicly funded high school in Hamilton

David Davis Memorial Fund - bursaries for students with financial need who want to pursue studying music at a post secondary level

Geritol Follies Bursary Fund - bursaries for students pursuing post-secondary education in performing arts including voice, drama, dance, or a musical instrument

Eugene B. Eastburn Fellowship Fund - supports full time post-doctoral students in the sciences at McMaster University

HCF is part of a network of Canadian community foundations who contribute time, leadership, and financial support to initiatives that benefit their community most.
