Good Shepherd Centres, Youth Services

Community-based early intervention program that is designed to help young people who are at risk of or in the early stages of homelessness. Services offered include: family mediation and reunification, school re-engagements and retention support, intentional case management, engagement in employment, and assistance identifying and connecting to both natural and formal support networks.

Youth who are experiencing conflict at home, having a difficult time engaging with their education and school community or who require assistance in connecting to formal and natural supports.

Call to speak to a case manager at 905-308-8090. Self-referrals are accepted as well as referrals by family, schools, community agencies, and friends and neighbours.
